RETURNS

We offer no stress returns! Exchange or get a refund for the products you've changed your mind about.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Product must be unworn or unused with no visible wear or tear.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • FREE returns on clothing and accessories purchased at full price.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all other product returns.
  • Products that were purchased on Sale, with buy more-save more offers or other checkout codes can be returned for the promotional amount paid. 
  • Free items in BOGO offers are final sale. 
  • The $3.50 shipping fee, on orders less than $50, is nonrefundable for all returns. 
  • You must submit a request at the link below to start your return.
  • Do not ship the product(s) to the address on the original packaging or we will be unable to process your request. 
  • After submitting your request—you'll receive an email with either a return label or our return address, depending on your order, within 1 business day.

EXCHANGES

  • Include "exchange: name on order - order #" in the return package.
  • Within 1 business day of us receiving your return, we will email you an exclusive checkout code that can be used at a later date. This code will take off the amount you paid for the returned product on your next purchase.
  • The code will not expire until you use it.
  • The code cannot be split into two separate orders. 
  • The final amount for the new order needs to be either equal or greater in value than the original returned product. 

REFUNDS

  • Include "refund: name on order - order #" in the return package.
  • You will be issued a refund within 2 business days of us receiving your return.
  • Once your refund is issued, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to show back on your bank account or credit card.
