- The $3.50 shipping fee, on orders less than $50, is nonrefundable for all returns.
- You must submit a request at the link below to start your return.
- Do not ship the product(s) to the address on the original packaging or we will be unable to process your request.
- After submitting your request—you'll receive an email with either a return label or our return address, depending on your order, within 1 business day.
- Include "exchange: name on order - order #" in the return package.
- Within 1 business day of us receiving your return, we will email you an exclusive checkout code that can be used at a later date. This code will take off the amount you paid for the returned product on your next purchase.
- The code will not expire until you use it.
- The code cannot be split into two separate orders.
- The final amount for the new order needs to be either equal or greater in value than the original returned product.
- Include "refund: name on order - order #" in the return package.
- You will be issued a refund within 2 business days of us receiving your return.
- Once your refund is issued, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to show back on your bank account or credit card.
